· Method for preparation: Colistin sulfate premix is elaborated through a combination of soybean bran pure as the carrier and Colistin sulfate technical. It makes the feature of an even distribution of the active ingredients and fine stability.
· Indications for use: It is intended for the inhibition of Gram-negative bacteria as a somatomedin either in breeding period or quiescence against intestine diseases caused by Gram-negative bacteria such as colibacillus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. When added into Feed, it exerts positive effects on the growth promotion and the increase of Feed utilization rate.
· Principle: The positive free amino group of the active ingredients is combined with the negative polyphosphate in the cell membrane as well as with nucleic acid to form insoluble compounds, resulting in cell membrane damage, permeability improvement of cell membrane and leakage of intracellular phosphate and nucleic acid to kill bacteria.
· Characteristics: It has strong anti-bacteria activity against Gram-negative bacteria.
Low incidence of anti-drug reactions.
No drug cross-resistance with other antibiotics.
It can not be particularly absorbed in alimentary tract. It is highly safe and in lack of residue.
It is especially manufactured for healthy foods.
It promotes growth and increases Feed utilization rate.
· Indications for use and dosage:
Mix thoroughly with Feed in a gradient scale, calculated with the reference to the dosage per ton.

Note: The dosage is calculated on the basis of Colistin pure. 1ug of Colistin is equivalent to 30 units of Colistin. |
· Precautions:
( 1 ) It can not be mixed with aureomycin, terramycin, zinc bacitracin-colistin premix and olaquindox for feeding use.
( 2 ) The dosage used to treat contagious enteritis is doubled to the highest dosage above.
· Specification : 2% , 4% , 10%
· Packaging: 25kg per kraft paper bag packed with plastic inside or making adjustment in packaging according to customers' requirements.
· Storage: It should be kept in a dark dry place.
· Expiation Date: one year after the manufacturing date.
